As a project manager at Ensign Engineering,I coordinate building design projects and supervise the structural and building design drafters. I have had the pleasure of working with Neil Wahlen for the past six years .
Mr Wahlen has the experience and resources to complete a variety of projects. Some of the projects we have been involved with him are:
Roller Rink Remodel: working with the landlord this 50 + year old barrel vault building was remodeled to include an indoor roller skating rink and dance studio. With the change in occupancy it was required to provide new ADA restrooms, ADA accessibility ramps, fire rated walls and exit accesses. Mr Wahlen was able to adept to the unforeseen challenges that are inherent to a building remodel.
Quality Electrical Systems: This project included the demolition of an existing building and parking surfaces. The new development included two new offices warehouse buildings used by Quality Electrical for their corporate headquarters, production areas, warehousing, and shipping and receiving. Mr Wahlen was instrumental in coordination with the municipality, design Professionals, and the project Owners
Custom Home: Mr Wahlen teamed up with the Ensign Engineering when he was approached to build a large custom home. the project involved subdividing the parcel, coordinating the building permit in a flood zone, and obtaining a stream alteration permit to construct a pedestrian bridge to access additional property on the other side of the stream.
Based on my experiences with Mr Wahlen I would recommend his company to construct your project. He has demonstrated a great capacity to coordinate multiple subcontractors, and to communicate with the design professionals in realizing the client's goals in the building environment .
